§ 115.02  STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED
   (A)   There is hereby adopted by reference the Texas Department of Health, Division of Food and Drugs “Tex. Admin. Code §§ 229.161 - 229.178”, and “The Texas Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act” (Tex. Health Code, Ch. 431) and “Texas Sanitation and Health Protection Law” (Tex. Health Code Ch. 341).
   (B)   A certified copy of each rule manual above shall be kept on file in the office of the County Health Department.
