§ 111.12  NON-CONSENT FEES; RULES.
   (A)   The maximum fees which may be charged by a towing company which performs non-consent tows pursuant to this chapter are as follows:
      (1)   All size vehicles up to and including one ton-trucks: $85;
      (2)   All vehicles involved in a traffic accident: $150;
      (3)   Dolly or roll back tow, applies only if required or requested by owner or operator: $25;
      (4)   A daily storage fee of not more than that allowed by state law;
      (5)   Extraordinary situations may occur which require additional vehicles or equipment for which fair, reasonable and equitable charges may be made; and
      (6)   Non-consent “drop” fee to release a vehicle to the registered owner in which a call has been placed to a wrecker company: $45. The wrecker company will then be put next on the rotation.
   (B)   When any standard wrecker is called for wrecker service, and is for any reason beyond the wrecker driver’s control, delayed from performing the required pickup for any period of time in excess of 30 minutes, the driver may charge an hourly fee. The fee shall be in addition to the basic fees set forth herein and shall not exceed a rate of $25 per one-half hour for 10,000 pounds or less, or $35 per half-hour for 10,001 pounds or more.
