Wreckers must have the following equipment on board at all times, as well as all equipment required by the state’s tow truck rules:
(A) A shovel;
(B) A broom;
(C) A fire extinguisher (one quart or larger);
(D) Flares, fuses or electric lanterns;
(E) A pry bar;
(F) Safety chains;
(G) Sand or other absorbent material;
(H) Empty box or bucket;
(I) Rope or wire; and
(J) Spotlight or flashlight.
