§ 111.08  SOLICITATION PROHIBITED.
   No person, while on any public roadway or public property, may solicit in any manner, directly or indirectly, the business or towing, removing, repairing, storing, wrecking or buying any vehicle which is wrecked or disabled and on a public road.
