§ 95.99  PENALTY.
   Any person, either by himself, herself or agent, and any firm, corporation or other entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; and, upon conviction of any violation, shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct defense. In any case of a violation of any of the terms or provisions of this chapter by any corporation, the officers and agents actively in charge of the business of the corporation, shall be subject to the penalty herein provided. In the offense defined herein which has been defined by the laws of the state as an offense and which penalty has been prescribed, should be punished as provided in the state law and nothing herein shall be held as fixing any penalty contrary to a penalty provided by the laws of the state.
