This schedule applies to all persons operating any vehicle or loads on, over or across the following public rights-of-way within the city, which are hereby and hereafter restricted to vehicles or load limits of one ton (2,000 pounds) or less, with the exception of emergency vehicles and environmental waste companies (garbage trucks):
(A) From Highway 105 to West Barkley Street on South Merchant Street; and
(B) From South Fannin to South Ann on 6th Street.
