§ 70.21  PARALLEL PARKING.
   (A)   Every person in charge of a vehicle, when parking the same upon the streets within the corporate limits of the city, shall park the vehicle parallel to the curb. Both front and back wheels of the vehicle shall not be more than 18 inches from the curb and no part or accessory, or anything carried thereon shall extend more than 12 feet from the curb line.
   (B)   Where markers, signs and/or painted lines have been placed on any of the above streets, by officers of the city or police or someone under their direction, then all vehicles parked along the street where the lines, markers or signs are located shall be parked between the lines or markers or signs with no part of the vehicle upon or across the lines, markers or signs.
