§ 54.23  INJURY TO SEWER SYSTEM.
   (A)   No person shall injure, break or remove any portion of any manhole, cleanout or lift station, or any part of the city’s sanitary sewer system.
   (B)   Any person desiring to lay or drive any pipe in any streets containing sewers, or to uncover any city sewer, shall give at least 24 hours notice to the Superintendent.
