§ 54.08  RADIOACTIVE WASTES.
   (A)   No person may discharge radioactive wastes or isotopes into public sewers without the permission of the city.
   (B)   The city may establish, in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, standards for discharge of radioactive wastes into public sewers.
