Applications for building permits shall be upon such forms as are prescribed by the Township Clerk. The application shall contain the name of the applicant, the name or names of all parties having any ownership interest and/or security interest in the property to be constructed or altered, the location of property, the approximate cost and/or addition in value resulting from said construction and/or alteration, and the approximate time said construction and/or alteration shall consume.
