(A) Pursuant to the provisions of Public Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531, and in particular §§ 8 and 9, the township hereby elects to adopt by reference the state’s Electrical Code, most recent edition, and enforce the same within the township limits. The enforcement provisions of Public Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531, hereby are adopted by the township.
(B) The township designates the State Inspector as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the township under this section.
