(A) A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Township Clerk, being marked and designated as “The BOCA National Building Code, most recent edition”, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the township for the control of building and structures as herein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said BOCA National Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes prescribed in division (B) below.
(B) The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
(1) Section 101.1. Insert Township of Somerset.
(2) Section 107.1.1. “Ordinary repairs” to be replaced with “ordinary repairs which do not, in aggregate, exceed $2,000”.
(3) Section 112.3.1. Insert see attached fee schedule.
(4) Section 116.4. Insert violation of this ordinance, $500 and costs of prosecutions, 30 days.
(5) Section 117.2. Insert cost of building permit, double cost of building permit.
(6) Section 3408.2. Insert date ordinance takes effect.
(7) Chapter 35. Standard reference number CABO-92 change to CABO-95.
