§ 111.06  REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION.
   (A)   The applicant shall permit township, county, and state officials to enter upon the premises at all reasonable times to determine compliance with the requirements of this chapter and other applicable township, county, and state ordinances and statutes.
   (B)   The applicant shall not admit to his or her premises any person who is under the influence of intoxicating beverages or controlled substances, nor shall he or she knowingly permit the possession, sale, or consumption of intoxicating beverages, narcotics, or hallucinogenic drugs or controlled substances on his or her business premises.
   (C)   Business activities of applicant shall be limited to the hours specified by the Planning Commission and/or the Township Board.
   (D)   The applicant shall not knowingly permit violations of any township ordinance, county ordinance, or state statute or regulation by any of his or her patrons.
