(A) The following uses and activities shall be located only in the districts provided by this chapter and shall not be located within 250 feet of any residentially zoned district, or within 1,000 feet of any place of worship, parks, or from any school.
(B) All measurements are based along a line forming the shortest distance between any portion of the respective boundaries of the existing and the proposed following specified uses and activities, and between the adjoining uses cited above:
(1) Adult bookstore;
(2) Adult mini motion-picture theater;
(3) Adult motion-picture theater;
(4) Adult sexual paraphernalia store;
(5) Massage parlor;
(6) Adult live-entertainment establishment;
(7) Adult cabaret; and
(8) Any combination of the above.
