(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
