§ 91.07  APPROVED COMMERCIAL BURNERS.
   Commercial burners are to be constructed of metal or masonry and a suitable stack shall be attached to the burner. The top of the stack shall be perforated with openings not larger than three-fourths of an inch. Permits are not required for burning in approved commercial burners, but weather conditions and safety should be considered when burning.
