§ 91.04  OPEN FIRE PERMIT.
   No open fire, except for a cooking fire or a fire for the disposal of household refuse or rubbish in an approved waste burner, is allowed within the limits of the township unless a permit therefor is obtained from the Fire Chief or his or her duly authorized representative. Any person may appeal a denial of a permit to the Township Board. The Township Board shall consider such an appeal at its next regularly scheduled meeting. When the ground is snow covered, no permit for an open fire is required.
