§ 91.03  REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No burning shall be done within 50 feet of an existing building or within 15 feet of any property line.
   (B)   No open fire shall be ignited prior to sunrise and no open fire may be continued after sunset. No smoldering open fires shall exist after dark.
   (C)   No burning shall be done unless under the charge or supervision of a competent adult of 18 years of age or older. All open burning shall be constantly attended by at least one competent adult of 18 years or older until such fire is extinguished. The person supervising such fire shall have a garden hose connected to a water supply or have other fire extinguishing equipment readily available for use.
   (D)   No burning shall be done at any time or place when wind or weather conditions may create a nuisance or danger to any person or to any property.
   (E)   No open burning shall be done where the maximum size of such burning is not controllable by one person.
