§ 91.02  PERMIT REQUIREMENT.
   No person, partnership, firm, or corporation shall kindle or maintain any open fire or authorize any such open fire to be kindled or maintained without obtaining a permit pursuant to § 91.05. During construction of buildings or structures, no waste materials or rubbish shall be disposed of by burning on the premises or in the immediate vicinity.
