§ 91.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BONFIRE or CAMPFIRE.  A fire in whole or in part in the open air, which is kindled for a civic, social, or athletic event made from wood, trees, branches, kindling, wood chips, boxes, compressed wood, or any other wood products.
   OPEN FIRE.  A fire made from any combustible substance including, but not limited to, waste material, rubbish, leaves, and paper which is kindled and maintained in whole or in part in the open air.
