For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CAMPER UNITS. Any device, motorized or not, designed principally for occupancy by humans on a temporary and moveable basis. CAMPER UNITS may be self-propelled or designed to be conveyed by another vehicle. TENTS are also included within this definition for purposes of this chapter.
MOTOR VEHICLES. Includes, but is not limited to, automobiles, motorcycles, motorbikes, tractors, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, trucks, and dune buggies. Any other vehicle driven by a motor and riding upon wheels, skis, or the like, the principal use for which is to convey persons is hereby included in said definition.
NON-MOTORIZED WHEELED VEHICLES. Any vehicle without a motor riding upon wheels designed principally for the conveyance of humans.
