(A) It shall be unlawful, and punishable as herein provided, for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other entity to use and/or operate and/or park any motor vehicle, camper unit, or non-motorized wheeled vehicle upon any public walkway or public beach within the township.
(B) It shall further be unlawful to park any motor vehicle, camper unit, or any other non-motorized unit upon any public road, beach, or walkway within said township.
(C) Specifically exempt from the prohibitions herein contained are any type of units used in conjunction with the repair, maintenance, construction, and/or alteration of the aforesaid walkways, roads, and beaches.
