§ 71.01  PURPOSE.
   It is hereby determined to be desirable and necessary for the public health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitants of the township to prohibit the use and/or operation and/or parking of motor vehicles, camping units, and non-motorized wheeled units upon the public beaches, walkways, and roads within the township.
