§ 153.303  PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE REQUIREMENTS.
   All applications for a variance to the Zoning Board of Appeals, and for amendments and conditional uses to the Planning Commission, shall be processed and the required public hearing shall be noticed and conducted in compliance with the state’s Zoning Enabling Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq.
