§ 153.257  SUBDIVISION OF UNITS.
   All subdivision or individual condominium units shall conform to the requirements of this chapter for a minimum lot width, lot area, and the building setback requirements shall be approved by the Zoning Administrator, and these requirements shall be made part of the by-laws and recorded as part of the master deed.
