§ 153.256  RELOCATION OF BOUNDARIES.
   The relocation of boundaries, as described in § 48 of the Condominium Act, being M.C.L.A. § 559.148, shall conform to all setback requirements of this chapter for the district on which the project is located, shall be approved by the Zoning Administrator, and this requirement shall be made part of the by-laws as recorded as part of the master deed.
