§ 153.232  FENCES.
   Fences in all residential districts are subject to the following condition. Fences which enclose property shall not exceed six feet in height, measured from the surface of the ground in the rear and side yards, and shall not exceed three feet in height, measured from the surface of the ground in the front yard.
