§ 153.228  VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS.
   On any corner lot in any zoning district requiring front and side yard, no fence, wall, hedge, screen, sign, structure, vegetation, or planting shall be allowed to impede vision between a height of three feet and eight feet above the centerline grade within the triangular area formed by the intersection street right-of-way lines and a straight line joining the two street lines at points which are 30 feet distance from the point of intersection, measured along the street right-of-way line.
