A site plan and site plan certificate issued thereon may be amended by the Planning Commission upon the request of the applicant. Such amendment shall be made upon application and in accordance with the procedure provided in §§ 153.185 through 153.192. Any fees paid in connection with such application may be waived or refunded at the discretion of the Planning Commission.
