Upon the Planning Commission’s recommended approval of a site plan and the Township Board’s approval of the site plan, the Clerk shall, within ten days, transmit to the Zoning Administrator one copy with the Clerk’s certificate affixed thereto, certifying that the approved site plan conforms to the provisions of this subchapter as determined. If the site plan is disapproved by the Planning Commission or the Township Board, notification of such disapproval shall be given to the applicant within ten days after such action. The Zoning Administrator shall not issue a zoning compliance permit until he or she has received a certified approval site plan.
