All mobile home parks shall comply with the Department of Consumer and Industry Services, Manufactures Housing Commission, General Rules (by the authority conferred on the Mobile Home Commission by §§ 4, 5, 9, 21 through 24, 27, and 38 of Public Act 96 of 1987, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.2301 et seq., as amended, and Executive Reorganization Order No. 1996-2, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.2304, 125.2305 through 125.2324, 125.2327, 125.2328 and 445.2001.
