(A) Upon holding a public hearing and the finding that the requirements of §§ 153.147 through 153.151 have been satisfactorily met by the applicant, the Township Planning Commission shall, within 30 days, recommend approval or disapproval to the Township Board. The recommendations shall be incorporated in a statement of findings and conclusions which specifies the basis for the recommendation and any conditions applied.
(B) When the Township Board gives approval, a conditional use permit shall be issued to the applicant. The Township Board shall forward a copy of the permit to the applicant, the Township Clerk, the Township Zoning Inspector, and the Township Planning Commission. The Township Zoning Inspector shall not issue a zoning compliance permit until he or she has received a copy of the conditional use permit approved by the Township Board.
