§ 153.146  AUTHORITY TO GRANT.
   The Planning Commission, as hereinafter provided, shall have the authority to recommend to the Township Board to grant conditional use permits, subject to such conditions of design, operation, and safeguards as the Township Board may determine, for all conditional uses specified in the various provisions of this subchapter.
