The operator of a medical marijuana caregiver grow operation shall keep a written record in English, on a form available from the township, of all marijuana located on the premises and of all marijuana or marijuana products distributed and such other information designated on the form. Copies of registry cards for all current qualifying patients and the caregiver must be maintained with this record.
