(A) Consumption or use of medical marijuana shall not be permitted on the site of a medical marijuana caregiver grow operation.
(B) No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the site of the medical marijuana caregiver grow operation unless the person is a registered qualifying patient.
(C) A caregiver grow operation shall not be permitted to have drive-through facilities.
(D) There is no authorization for marijuana-related stores, dispensaries, cooperatives, or other businesses that do not meet the regulations set by this section for a medical marijuana caregiver grow facility or medical marijuana home use, and may not market to a wide customer base (see Michigan Attorney General Opinion No. 7259 of 2011).
