§ 153.089  ISSUANCE.
   The Township Zoning Administrator shall issue a certificate of occupancy to the applicant if the Township Zoning Administrator is satisfied that the applicant has met the requirements of this subchapter and all applicable state and local laws, and the applicant has paid the certificate of occupancy fee.
