§ 153.088  DISQUALIFICATION.
   Any person who has been under any sentence, including parole, probation, or actual incarceration, for the commission of a felony within five years preceding the date of application shall be disqualified from receiving a certificate of occupancy to operate a medical marijuana caregiver facility.
