The following on-site signs are permitted on any one lot in the Agricultural District:
(A) One on-site sign advertising in sale or lease of the lot, chattels, or buildings, at least six square feet in area and not exceeding 32 square feet in area, require a zoning compliance permit. No sign of this type may exceed 32 square feet in area. Signs that are intended to be placed for a period not to exceed six months do not require a zoning compliance permit;
(B) Six square feet in area;
(C) Forty square feet in area; and
(D) Thirty-two square feet in area.
