§ 153.037  RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   The Rural Non-Farm Residential District, Lake Residential District, Suburban Residential District, Urban Residential District, and Multiple-Family Residential District are designated principally for residential use and are limited to dwellings and uses normal associated with residential neighborhoods in order to encourage a suitable and healthy environment for family life. The residential districts are designed to regulate the location of residential uses and dwellings according to a well-considered plan which reflects the different types of residential uses and dwellings, the different densities of population and the intensity of land use desired, and potential nuisances and hazards which may cause unhealthy conditions; and the relationship of residential uses and dwellings to other areas, areas devoted to uses and dwellings to other areas, and areas devoted to agricultural, commercial, or industrial use and to streets.
