§ 153.005  APPLICATION.
   The regulations established by this chapter within each zoning district shall be the minimum regulations for promoting and protecting the public health, safety, and general welfare and shall not preclude the establishment of higher or more restrictive standards or requirements for the authorization of any conditional use permit, where such higher or more restrictive standards or requirements are found necessary by the Planning Commission to attain the purpose of this chapter.
