§ 30.16  MEETING RULES.
   The following meeting rules be in effect at all Township Board, commission, and committee meetings.
   (A)   Public comment will be listed on the agenda in two areas: after the roll call and after the last item of new business.
   (B)   Members of the public can address any items of interest or concerns, however, all topics must be within the township’s jurisdiction.
   (C)   Members shall identify themselves with name and address (to be recorded by Clerk/Secretary) and a two-minute time limit will be observed.
   (D)   All cell phones will be turned off or placed in a mode that is not interruptive with meeting proceedings.
   (E)   All audio recording devices should be noted prior to commencement of meeting.
   (F)   All video taping devices will be located in the rear of the room.
