§ 30.15 SMOKING IN TOWNSHIP VEHICLES.

   (A)   Smoking is prohibited in all township owned vehicles, which include the following:

      (1)   Police vehicles; and

      (2)   Fire and rescue vehicles.

   (B)   Further, conflicts or violations should be handled by the Township Supervisor, or in the absence of the Supervisor, another Township Board member or department head such as Fire Chief in the Fire Department or the Police Chief in the Police Department.
