§ 660.18 MAINTENANCE OF TREE LAWNS.
   (a)   The owner or person in control of premises shall maintain the tree lawn adjoining his or her premises in a clean and nuisance-free condition.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
