§ 234.16 SELF INSURED WORKERS COMPENSATION FUND.

(a) There is hereby established an internal service fund, to be known as the Self Insured Workers Compensation Fund, under the provisions of R.C. § 5705.12.

(b) All activity related to the city’s self insured workers compensation system shall be accounted for in the Self Insured Workers Compensation Fund.
