§ 660.12 SMOKING IN CITY BUILDINGS.

(a) No smoking shall be permitted in the City Hall, the police station, the fire stations, the Service Department building or any other building owned or leased by the city.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
