§ 660.11 OBSTRUCTING FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (a)   No person shall place, or cause to be placed, any building materials, vehicle or obstruction of any kind within ten feet of any fire hydrant.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
