(a) No person shall store, or permit to be stored, for a period of more than 15 days, any unlicensed motor vehicle upon any lot or land within the boundaries of the city unless the same is in a completely enclosed building or garage or unless it is stored by an automobile agency or used car lot.
(b) Any person who violates this section of the Code shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $100, with no imprisonment.
