§ 642.105 CRIMINAL DAMAGING THROUGH OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.

(a) No person shall knowingly or recklessly cause physical harm to real or personal property of another without his or her consent through the operation of a motor vehicle over or upon such property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of criminal damaging through the operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
