(a) There is hereby established a special fund, to be known as the Grantwood Recreational Park Fund, under the provisions of R.C. § 5705.12.
(b) All revenue derived from the operation of the Grantwood Recreational Park shall be deposited in that Fund and the revenue shall be used solely for the operation, maintenance and repair of, and capital improvements for, Grantwood Recreational Park.
(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to send a certified copy of this section to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices of the state.
