Council hereby determines that the five most public places in the city are:
(a) The Fire Station located at 5595 Harper Road;
(b) The Solon Service Garage located at 6600 Cochran Road;
(c) The Police Station at 33000 Solon Road (Solon Road entrance);
(d) The City Hall at 34200 Bainbridge Road (Bainbridge Road entrance); and
(e) The Solon branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library at 34125 Portz Parkway.
